The foundation for Saluto was laid in 2018 when we developed our first machine learning models for prediabetes risk assessment. Since the beginning, a central part of AI development has been to make the models both high-performing and transparent. With explainable AI, we not only gain better insight into the models as a whole, but can also help the user understand how they reason.

Saluto is developed and operated since 2021 by the company Inference Labs AB. Our team has extensive experience in agile and user-centered software development, clinical experience from primary care, biochemical research and e-health.
